Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) apply to all customers using the mobile relaxation services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by SAKURA Serenity Spa (hereinafter referred to as “the Spa”).
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.
Article 1 (Service Description)
The Spa provides mobile relaxation services for international visitors within the 23 wards of Tokyo.
Please note that medical treatments and adult services are not offered.
Article 2 (Reservations)
Reservations can be made via phone, website, or LINE.
Please provide accurate information such as your name, hotel name, room number, and preferred time.
The reservation is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from the Spa.
Article 3 (Fees and Payment)
Fees vary depending on the treatment, duration, and location.
Payments can be made in cash or via cashless methods such as credit cards.
Article 4 (Cancellation Policy)
Cancellations made more than 3 hours in advance: No charge
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment: **100% of the service fee will be charged**
No-shows or cancellations after arrival are also subject to full charges.
We may accommodate sudden cancellations due to weather or health conditions at our discretion.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
If any of the following actions are observed, the session will be immediately terminated and future use of the service will be refused:
– Inappropriate behavior or physical contact toward the therapist
– Receiving treatment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
– Use of the service by individuals affiliated with criminal organizations or similar groups
Article 6 (Other)
Customers are responsible for managing their own valuables during the session.
